Lynda provides dietary advice for all chronic diseases such as Diabetes and others and she works alternate Tuesdays at the practice.

She also offer speciality consultations for Hydrogen/Methane Breath Testing to help to diagnose gastrointestinal disorders and food intolerance’s, specifically sugar malabsorption such as lactose intolerance and fructose malabsorption which may contribute to Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS.

Lynda is experienced in providing guidance and support on the Low Fodmaps Diet for IBS

She also run a very affordable 10 week personalised weight-loss program. This program is run either at our clinic or from home with weekly phone support. When you first arrive, you will receive a comprehensive nutritional assessment so we can personalise your advice. This includes measuring height, weight and collecting detailed dietary and lifestyle information. Before you leave your first session, you will be provided with practical information such as a personalised meal plan/healthy eating guidelines to help manage your obesity, diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension and/or other conditions.

Fee:

Your appointment will be bulk billed if you have got Centrelink Concession card and have got Enhanced Primary Care (EPC or Care plan) from your GP.

If you are not on Centrelink Concession Card but have got EPC from your GP, you have to pay $80 but you will get rebate of $52.95 from Medicare.

If you haven’t got either of Centrelink Concession card or EPC, you can still claim back from Private health and you have to check with health fund regarding the rebate.

NB: Home visits by Dietician available for regular clients of the practice if they can’t make to centre.
